Shipping Information: Our goal is to pick & pack your order within 24 hours.
We know that shipping charges can sometimes make you change your mind about buying at checkout. So... we have made our retail prices very low to keep your total purchase cost down.
We ship by the U.S. Postal Service to further keep costs to a minimum, compared to other services.
Our items are generally small, however the U.S. Postal Service minimum shipping cost by Priority Mail is $4.95 at this time. Please note: sometimes our shipping calculator makes the cost of shipping look high for multiple quantities of very lightweight items. We are working to fix this, and please know that we will refund any excess shipping charges back to you should this occur.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return the item to the address on the shipping label. We will refund your purchase price plus the amount of the original shipping charges. You may be interested to know that we have had 100% customer satisfaction to date.
